SJ Renovations

SJ Renovations was founded by owner Steve Juhasz in 2007.  In founding SJ Renovations, Steve hoped to bring to home and office owners his passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces where every detail is carefully attended to, ensuring lasting satisfaction with the finished result.

Steve's commitment to excellence is reflected in how SJ Renovations conducts every project they take on.  Steve personally inspects every site in order to provide accurate quotes that reflect the home or office owner's desired finished result.  Additionally, every project is personally managed by Steve, with Steve performing the majority of the work or directly supervising any subtrades that are required.

Periodically, clients will speak with Jen, Steve's wife, who provides administrative assistance for every project.

Steve, owner and founder of SJ Renovations, believes in providing accurate quotes to clients up front.  Regardless of the size of the project, we work hard to identify all potential costs during our quoting process to ensure we can deliver a beautiful solution to your home or office on time AND on budget.

To provide you with an accurate quote, Steve will meet with you in person to carefully go over what you want in your project and what your options are.  For custom work, we provide a detailed CAD drawing of what we expect the completed piece will look like along with the quote.

We love the challenge of building a beautiful and custom piece for our clients' homes.  We include a complimentary CAD drawing of what we believe the finished piece will look like with our quote for any custom creation.

A custom creation is anything we manufacture for your home or office to meet a specific space and need.  Examples of a custom creation are:

• Custom built-in for additional storage, with tucked away compartments for hiding wires;
• Custom built-in desk or workspace;
• Custom interior french-door (glass or wood paned) to fit a unique size or space;
• Custom exterior front-door
• Custom fireplace surround and/or mantel;
• Custom lockable wall cabinet for storage of precious belongings;
• Custom closet (cedar lined or not) for your bedroom or laundryroom;
• Custom furnishings (tables, wooden chairs, entertainment unit)
